As I have written more than once in this blog, I have the best job, in the best department, of the best division of Beaufort County government, the Beaufort County Library. Read the first Beaufort County Library Annual Report to learn more how we try to meet the "cradle to grave" needs of our diverse community.
I hope that you come away convinced that your local public library is the best deal going. Seeing as how we get 95% of our funding directly from the Beaufort County Council, it would be even better if you let your County Council representative know that tax money is well spent when it supports public library services!
