Beaufort County offices, including the Library system, are closed Monday, July 4th to celebrate the 235th Birthday of the United States of America.
The BDC Research Room will open at 10 am on Tuesday, July 5th. We will, however, have to close Noon to 1:00pm to comply with Federal Labor laws. Due to a temporary staff shortage, the lunchtime Research Room closures will continue from July 5th through July 12th.
Bluffton Branch Library will open at 11 am on Tuesday, July 5th.
Lobeco Branch Library will open at 11 am on Tuesday, July 5th.
Beaufort Branch will open at 1 pm on Tuesday, July 5th.
Hilton Head Branch Library will open at 1 pm on Tuesday, July 5th.
St. Helena Branch will open at 4 pm on Tuesday, July 5th.
In other words, folks, most of the components providing direct library services to the public within the Beaufort County Library system will resume regular hours on Tuesday, July 5th.
