Historic Port Royal Foundations is hosting Daryl Ferguson of the Santa Elena Foundation on September 9th. The Santa Elena Foundation, an independent nonprofit foundation, intends to establish an interactive center about the history of the colonization of North America, promoting the history of the first Europeans to reside in what later became Beaufort District, the Spanish.
