Burning of Bluffton Commemoration June 4

Union forces set Bluffton ablaze on June 4, 1863. The Bluffton Historical Preservation Society is commemorating this historic event with two programs, Saturday, June 4, 2011:

1) The Heyward House will be open for free tours, tea and storytelling from 11 am – 2 pm.

2) That evening, beginning at 6 pm, the Colcock-Teel House will be the site of a Lowcountry Boil and Music event. Fee.
