Emancipation Nation Program - Streamed In Today

Today is Constitution Day.  Celebrate with us!

Some of the nation's leading Civil War historians will gather at the Smithsonian National Museum of American History in Washington, D.C. for a program that will commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Preliminary Emancipation Proclamation - and we get to participate by live streaming feed.
