SCETV is re-broadcasting "Penn Center: Legacy of Change" on Valentine's Day evening at 8:00 pm. The documentary tells the story of one of earliest schools established to educate the newly freed enslaved people of Beaufort District. Through the years, the school was disbanded but the Penn Center continues to promote African-American history and protect Gullah culture.
