Archaeology Lecture Mon., June 9th

On Monday, June 9th, the BDC will keep the Combahee Ferry Historic District exhibit open an additional 45 minutes.  Visit the exhibit that date 10 am - 5:45 pm. This way if you haven't seen the exhibit yet, you can see the exhibit and listen to Dr. Poplin's talk at 6 pm.  What a great 2-for-1 deal, don't you think?  

"Archaeology of the Combahee Ferry Historic District" with lead archaeologist Dr. Eric Poplin | Monday, June 9, 2014 | in the Children's Programming Room, Beaufort Branch Library, 311 Scott Street, 1st floor.  The lecture begins at 6 pm.  The lecture is free.  Anyone over age 12 with an interest in archaeology is welcomed to attend.
