Neil Baxley will be in the Beaufort Branch Meeting Room, 311 Scott Street at 2 PM on Thursday, August 15th, to tell everyone in attendance all about moonshining, the state Dispensary, blind tigers, and more. We'll open the doors at 1:30 so early birds can get the best seats. All seats are first come, first seated.
