Bon Appetit!


Today is the first day of summer. Would you like to try a different recipe dish for the summer parties, gatherings, and cookouts? We stock a variety of cookbooks in the Beaufort District Collection and Local History sections at the Branch Libraries. To learn more about cookbooks and recipes please feel free to stop by the Beaufort District Collection and dig a little deeper in our vertical files, cookbooks, and other materials about food and recipes. Our branch libraries have loads of cookbooks around the 641.5 - 641.8  Dewey Decimal classification numbers.  You're certain to find something new and tasty for breakfast, lunch or supper!

Please note: Our customary hours are adjusted through Tues., June 25th.  The Research Room will be open from 10 am until Noon; closed noon until 1pm; and will re-open from 1 pm until 5 pm through Tuesday. Customary hours of operation resume Wednesday, June 26th.
